Amy Helm & Grahame Lesh Present: Songs of Their Own.

Grahame Lesh and Amy Helm first shared the stage together at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, NY, surrounded

by the songs of their fathers: Phil Lesh of The Grateful Dead, and Levon Helm of The Band, respectively. Since that

day in 2010, their musical community and bond has only grown. Throughout the years, Grahame and Amy have been

frequent collaborators: Grahame sitting in with Amy’s band, Amy sharing the stage with Midnight North, and as parts

of the whole of Capitol Sun Rays, their musical collaboration with Luther Dickinson, JT Nero, and Allison Russell.

“It has been magical playing songs by both The Band and Grateful Dead with Amy,” shares Grahame. “ Bringing our

music together with the songs that we each began our musical lives immersed in is such an exciting endeavor for all

of us, and we can’t wait to get started.” Performing these catalogs marks a homecoming, a calling, and a shared

familial experience for both Amy and Grahame. Join them, along with their stellar band, for a night of music

celebrating the iconic songbooks of both Grateful Dead and The Band.

“The connection Grahame and I share onstage always feels like a direct channel to the commitment, honesty, and joy

both my father and Phil exude in their musical expression. We’re thrilled to be creating this touchstone of our musical

 histories together.” - Amy Helm
